tomorrow :)
Imagine what it would be like if we just surrendered and let all our dreams come true... live like it's already happened.
This is an interesting concept, at least to me. What resources does it take? How much money? How much time?
I am living my future by believing that it's already happened. Crank up your imagination and really feel what it's like to have everything you've always wanted. Right here, right now.
Put that in your pipe & smoke it :)
love it!!! It's contagious too!!
ReplyDeleteI really love this concept, I'll let this one roast! :) It reminds me of the saying "you are already perfect" and I can confirm this whenever I go into meditation. When I close my eyes and drift into the "formless emptiness" I'm reminded that there's great solace in just being. I don't have to pretend or put forth effort, everything is OK as it is. And that's F'in great.
ReplyDeleteAnd yet what is this yearning I feel? What is this desire to build a better world, to make my little "dent in the universe"? After all, it requires me to leap out of my chair and out of the blissful emptiness into planning, creating and action. And what if this "drive" is really from the ego? How do I know when it is this "higher potential" I'm serving or the self-inflating ego?
It's a constant inquiry, isn't it?
JM, food for thought...
ReplyDeletedoes it really matter if it's your ego or a higher potential that you serve? as long as it's connected to authentically building a better world. and we're the only ones that can answer that question :)
thanks for the comments & the questions!
